    Between 10:01 and 10:07 AM Pacific time on Jan 17, 2023, customer websites hosted on the “web18" server were intermittently unavailable.

    This was caused by a spambot blocking rule that cause extremely high CPU load. The faulty rule has been replaced and the problem has been resolved.
